50g Myrrh Resin

Myrrh Resin Incense has a deep, complex fragrance with warm balsamic character, earthy and woody undertones, a subtle smokiness and a distinctive bittersweet edge. Myrrh is a natural gum-resin traditionally obtained from Commiphora species and has been used for centuries in incense, perfumery and ceremonial practice.

When gently heated over a charcoal disc, the resin releases a rich, lingering aroma that feels warm, grounding and contemplative. Its slightly bitter, resinous quality gives it a darker character than sweeter incense resins, making it especially well suited to quiet reflection, meditation and ritual use.

To use, light a charcoal disc and place it in a suitable heatproof incense holder. Once the charcoal begins to grey around the edges, carefully add a small amount of Myrrh Resin on top. A layer of sand beneath the charcoal can help absorb heat.
