Shipping policy
At Tru Nature Wellness, we aim to make delivery simple, fair, and stress-free.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Mainland Delivery Standard delivery is £4.95 on orders under £55. Free delivery is available on orders of £55 or more.
Northern Ireland, Scotland & Isles Standard delivery is £6.95 per order. Free delivery offers do not apply to these regions due to higher carrier charges.
Delivery Times Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to more remote areas may take an additional 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Split Deliveries Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel if items are dispatched from different locations. You will never be charged extra for this, and tracking details will be shared for each parcel where available.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
