Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and payment arrangements work for different types of purchases made through our store, including general products, subscriptions, recurring purchases, deferred or instalment payments, pre-orders, and event or retreat bookings.

The cancellation terms that apply to your purchase will depend on the type of item you have bought and will be shown at checkout, in the relevant product or booking details, or in any related booking terms.

1. General products

For standard products sold through our store, cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to our applicable Returns and Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions and recurring purchases

If you purchase a subscription or other recurring purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the prices, dates, and frequency shown at checkout or in the relevant product details.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time before the next scheduled charge, unless otherwise stated in the product details.

You can manage your subscription and, where available, update your payment method through your customer profile or through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

If you cancel, any charges already processed remain subject to the terms of the purchase and any applicable returns or refund policy.

3. Deferred or instalment payments

If you purchase an item using a deferred or instalment payment option, you authorise us to charge your payment method for any amounts due at the prices and dates shown at checkout or in the relevant product or booking details.

Cancelling a deferred or instalment purchase does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Any cancellation will be subject to the applicable product, booking, or cancellation terms.

For event and retreat bookings, deposit and balance payments, including whether deposits are refundable, are governed by the relevant booking information, booking terms, and product or booking details.

4. Pre-orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing an item that is not yet available for immediate fulfilment. We may collect full payment, no payment, or a partial payment at checkout, and may charge the remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a pre-order before fulfilment, subject to the specific terms shown at checkout or in the product details. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, any cancellation, return, or refund will be handled in accordance with our applicable Returns and Refund Policy.

5. Events and retreats

Where your purchase relates to an event, workshop, class, or retreat, additional cancellation terms may apply, including deposit terms, balance due dates, transfer options, minimum-number requirements, and organiser cancellation rights.
