Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order. If something is not quite right, we aim to make the returns process as clear and simple as possible.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery with your order number and, where helpful, a photo of the issue.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy in line with your legal rights.

Returning an Item

If you change your mind about an eligible item purchased online, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to let us know you would like to return it. Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original condition and packaging, suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, freshness, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

These may include:

• Opened or unsealed bath and body products
• Opened oils, teas, or other consumable products
• Opened or unsealed personal-use wellness items
• Perishable items
• Personalised or made-to-order products

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. If you selected a premium delivery service, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

To request a return, please contact us at customerservices@trunaturewellness.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will then provide the next steps.

Event Tickets & Bookings

Event tickets, workshops, classes, and other booked experiences may be subject to separate cancellation terms. Please refer to the relevant event or booking policy before purchasing.
