50g Frankincense Resin

Frankincense Resin Incense has a bright, resinous fragrance with fresh citrus, pine-like and lightly woody notes, balanced by a soft balsamic warmth. Frankincense is the aromatic gum-resin obtained from Boswellia trees and has been burned as incense for thousands of years in religious, ceremonial and contemplative settings.

When gently heated over a charcoal disc, the resin releases a clean, uplifting aroma with a distinctive sacred-incense character. Compared with darker resins such as myrrh, frankincense tends to feel fresher and more luminous, making it especially well suited to meditation, reflection, ritual and creating a calm, intentional atmosphere.

To use, light a charcoal disc and place it in a suitable heatproof incense holder. Once the charcoal begins to grey around the edges, carefully add a small amount of Frankincense Resin on top. A layer of sand beneath the charcoal can help absorb heat.
