1. Your booking

1.1 This retreat is organised and operated by Tru Nature Events & Retreats Ltd. By booking, you are entering into a contract with Tru Nature Events & Retreats Ltd.
1.2 Where there is any inconsistency between these retreat-specific booking details and our general Events & Retreats Booking Terms, these retreat-specific booking details will take precedence for this retreat.

2. The retreat

2.1 The retreat destination is Zakynthos (Zante), Greece.
2.2 The retreat dates are 14 October 2026 to 19 October 2026.
2.3 The retreat duration is 5 nights / 6 days.

3. Price and payment

3.1 The total retreat price is £950 per person.
3.2 If full payment is not made at the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of £200 per person is required to secure your place.
3.3 The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to travel.
3.4 If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may, at our discretion, allow a short grace period for payment. If payment remains outstanding after that period, we may cancel your booking for non-payment.

4. Minimum number of guests

4.1 We require a minimum of 6 confirmed guests for this retreat to go ahead.
4.2 For the purposes of clause 4.1, confirmed guests means bookings that remain active and paid in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
4.3 If the minimum number is not met by 23 September 2026, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat.
4.4 If we cancel the retreat, you may choose either:

  • a full refund of all monies paid to us, or
  • a transfer to another retreat where available

5. What’s included

5.1 The retreat price includes:

  • accommodation on a shared-room basis in authentic Greek villas
  • airport transfers in Zante on the designated retreat arrival and departure dates only
  • welcome meal on the first night
  • breakfast every day
  • excursion to visit an ancient olive tree, village shopping, the famous Shipwreck viewpoint, swimming, and sunset
  • a creative Greek lunch workshop with Nikki Hinton, including lunch
  • daily meditation practice with Lizi Sage
  • curated nature walks and olive tree connection
  • creative crafts
  • access to the pool and bar area

6. What’s not included

6.1 Unless specifically stated otherwise, the retreat price does not include:

  • flights
  • travel insurance
  • lunches or evening meals, unless specifically stated as included
  • drinks, except teas and coffees at breakfast
  • optional extras, treatments, or excursions
  • spending money and personal purchases

7. Optional extras

7.1 Optional extras may be available at additional cost, including:

  • Reiki treatments
  • Indian head massage treatments with Jodie Miller
  • boat trip to Turtle Island

8. Accommodation

8.1 Accommodation is provided on a shared-room basis.
8.2 If you are travelling with a friend and would like to share, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate shared-room requests and, where we confirm a specific arrangement in writing, we will honour that arrangement unless circumstances outside our reasonable control make this impossible.

9. Flights and transfers

9.1 Flights are not included.
9.2 Airport transfers in Zante are included only on the designated retreat arrival and departure dates.
9.3 If you arrive earlier or depart later, transfers may need to be arranged at your own expense.

10. Travel insurance

10.1 You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance.

11. Health and participation

11.1 You must tell us before travel about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary requirements, mobility needs, or other relevant information that may affect your participation or that we reasonably need to know in order to help deliver the retreat safely.
11.2 We may decline or cancel a booking if, acting reasonably, we believe that we cannot properly accommodate your needs or that participation would create a risk to you or others that cannot be managed safely.
11.3 Nothing in this retreat is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

12. Cancellation by you

12.1 The £200 deposit is non-refundable, except where the retreat is cancelled by us.
12.2 If you cancel before the balance due date, you will lose the deposit only.
12.3 If you cancel on or after the balance due date, the full retreat price will be non-refundable.
12.4 At our discretion, we may allow one transfer of your booking to another retreat.
12.5 If a transferred booking is later cancelled by you, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

13. Changes or cancellation by us

13.1 We may make minor changes to the retreat where reasonably necessary.
13.2 We may cancel the retreat or make significant changes if reasonably necessary due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13.3 If we cancel the retreat, you may choose either:

  • a full refund of monies paid to us, or
  • a transfer to another retreat

13.4 If we make a significant change before departure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, offer the options required by law.

14. Behaviour

14.1 We want the retreat to be safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
14.2 If, in our reasonable opinion, your behaviour is likely to cause distress, danger, damage, significant disruption, or harm to yourself, other guests, staff, suppliers, or property, we may terminate your participation without refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

15. Complaints and assistance

15.1 If you have a complaint or need assistance before departure or during the retreat, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@trunatureevents.com so we have an opportunity to help.
15.2 If a complaint is not resolved during the retreat, please write to us within 28 days of the end of the retreat with full details.
