Lizi Sage is a holistic practitioner, creative facilitator, author, and community leader, as well as co-founder of Tru Nature Wellness. Her journey began in the world of tattooing, where years of working closely with people and their personal stories sparked a deeper interest in transformation, healing, and the power of the subconscious mind.

This path led her into meditation, energy work, tantric embodiment practices, and nature-based rituals that reconnect people with their bodies, intuition, and the natural rhythms of life. Lizi is the author of Release The Empath, a book exploring energetic sensitivity, personal boundaries, and reclaiming inner power.

She now shares her work through holistic events, Goddess Gong journeys, earthing ceremonies, retreats in the UK and abroad, and her unique HypnoTattoo experiences — combining subconscious work, ritual, and creative expression to support deep personal transformation.
